I can't get enough sleep! I go to bed early yet I still feel tired. The alarm clock is making me really irritable!!
Then I am irritable because I oversleep and have to rush...I am ridiculous!
I was already struggling to keep up working full time, taking of my kitties, having healthy food and clean clothes, and a moderately messy house and a smile on my face...before I started trying to train.
Now moderately messy is...well, it is messy. It makes me irritable!
The running isn't the problem! The running makes me happy. In the big picture I spend about 9 hours a day doing what I "have to do" I feel like trying to sneak a few hours to work on my dream shouldn't be THAT hard. It is so irritating.
I get irritated that everything I WANT to do feels like a chore, because I have too many things I "have to do."
Gosh, anyone still want to talk with me now? LOL
On days when I feel most irritable, I try to find something to make me laugh...
and when I can't, I just drink wine¯\_(ツ)_/¯
